About

Hi, I'm Jules. founder and creative

behind Two Brothers Initiative!

After losing both of my older brothers to suicide by the age of 27, I decided that there was something bigger than me to fulfill. Two Brothers Initiative is a community of people that advocate for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health. My goal is to help educate others and teach them what we can do to break the stigma and help others who are suicidal or need our help.

I don't just speak from the perspective of losing multiple loved ones to suicide, but this is something I know all too well myself.  At the age of 18, I was suicidal myself. I made a failed attempt to take my life, and to this day I cry tears of joy because of how thankful I am to still be here.

About Michael and Stephen

Michael (left) was extremely intelligent and studied Astronomy and Geophysics in college. He was a great cook and him and my mom often cooked huge meals together. He remembered every line to every movie and show, and would often quote them trying to make us guess what it was from. He was hilarious and was always able to help me with math homework.

Stephen (right) was an incredibly talented artist that found a way to implement his creativity into everything including his signature. He mentored me and taught me how to draw when I was younger, which eventually developed into my career today as a Graphic Designer. I am forever grateful for those special moments with him.
